This site was ‘professionally’ landscaped by the house building company. It compromised of poor choice shrubs & trees around the outside, an un-level lawn, a patio complete with rocking & sinking slabs and a gravel path. I failed to take photographs before I started. The clients did not use the garden, apart from using the hot tub, as there were no level areas to sit. Neither are they keen gardeners and they found the plants too much to cope with. My clients wanted level areas to allow for table & chairs, low maintenance, lighting, a level lawn, and to be able to sit and ‘dangle their feet into the hot tub.’
