The part of the rear garden in question was a large area of lawn. The clients had installed a summerhouse which needed; electricity; a route to it from the existing steps; and a patio. The clients also wished a large area of deck for rattan furniture. Ultimately, the clients wanted to reduce their lawn by approx. 2/3.
I created a design which took into account their requirements and would be set for all future requirements.
The hardest part was calculating the levels of brickwork to match into existing wall levels and wall around summerhouse whilst obtaining fall on patio for water.
