Pershore College : Sept ‘92 Mike successfully completed a 3 year National Diploma course at Pershore College Of Horticulture in Landscape Technology.
Part of the curricula in the 3rd year was to exhibit in the rock garden section at the Chelsea Flower Show. Prior to 1992 Pershore College had never obtained Gold. However, the N.D. 3rd year Landscape Technology students, not only obtained Gold for our garden called ‘The Greening of Industry’, but we were also awarded the ‘Fiskars Sword of Excellence’ for the best exhibit in the whole of the show.

Following this, Mike then successfully completed a Higher National Diploma in Landscape Management

RHS Awards : The Garden Studio has, over the years, entered several gardens into RHS Gardening shows over the South Midlands. All of the gardens achieved awards including their exhibit, at the BBC Gardeners World in 1999 at the NEC, called ‘Very Moorish’
